By accessing and using Sanglob Marketplace, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. License

Sanglob Marketplace grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the website.

3. User Accounts

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activities under your account
  • Notifying us of unauthorized access immediately

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Payment terms:

  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period
  • Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
  • Refunds are subject to our refund policy
  • Free trial periods are non-refundable
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle

5. Licenses and Intellectual Property

License keys issued through Sanglob Marketplace:

  • Are non-transferable and non-shareable
  • Remain the property of Sanglob
  • Cannot be reverse-engineered or modified
  • Are revoked if subscription lapses or terms are violated

6. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the service for illegal or harmful purposes
  • Attempt to hack, exploit, or compromise security
  • Share license keys or credentials with others
  • Reverse-engineer or decompile software
  • Use bots or automated tools (except with written permission)
  • Spam, harass, or defame other users
  • Post malicious content or malware

7. Limitation of Liability

Sanglob Marketplace is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, revenue, or profits
  • Service interruptions or unavailability
  • Third-party actions or integrations

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sanglob from any claims, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your violation of these terms
  • Your use of the service in violation of laws
  • Your infringement of third-party rights

9. Refund Policy

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • Free trials: Non-refundable; no charges if canceled before trial ends
  • Paid plans: 30-day money-back guarantee from purchase date
  • After 30 days: No refunds; pro-rata credits may be applied
  • Refund requests: Contact support@sanglob.com with proof of purchase

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance. We'll notify users of material changes via email.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
